All returns / exchanges must be sent back within 14 days of receipt. Just follow these instructions:
1. Send an email to Support@Rolbots.com for a return authorization. In your message, please include your name, email, phone, order number, and why you’d like to return or exchange a Rolbot product.
2. If the Rolbot appears to be used, a 25% restocking fee WILL apply. If any package contents are missing, a fee will also be applied. Otherwise, we will issue a full refund minus shipping.
3. Make sure any items you are sending back have NOT BEEN USED, are neatly repackaged with all bags, boxes, tags, accessories, and ready for resale. Please send all items back exactly as you received it. This should include the white styrofoam packaging, the black Rolbot box, and the plain outer cardboard box.
4. If your return is approved, Rolbot will email you a return label and you can drop the package off at a FedEx location.
5. Include a note in the box with your name, order number, return shipping address, email address and phone number.
