We have a 30-day warranty on all Rolbots for manufacturing defects. Basically, if you take good care of your Rolbot and something is not working right, we’ll fix it or replace it for free within the first 30 days. Rolbot will cover the shipping costs.
We will not cover issues with your Rolbot due to aggressive riding or attempting tricks or stunts, crashes, water damage, damage due to neglect of Rolbot’s weight limit, or anything else caused by abnormal riding or use of Rolbot. Basically, if your RolBot looks like it’s been through hell and back, you’re probably on your own.
If you have a warranty issue, please contact us and let us know what the issue is. If approved, we’ll give you a return shipping label. Be sure to include a note in your box that has your name, email, phone, and order number.
Please send all items back exactly as you received it. This must include the original Rolbot box, the outer plain carton, and interior styrofoam packaging. We’ll fix or replace your item ASAP and send it back to you.
